A food and health industry visionary with 20+ years of leadership at multibillion-dollar companies, she is also the author of Healthy & Colorful Eating Made Fun and the Founder & CEO of Huemingbird VC Fund — the premier venture fund for the next generation of food, health, and wellness innovators.
Monica holds a BSc in Nutritional Sciences and an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Texas A&M University (Summa Cum Laude), along with PhD coursework in Healthcare Marketing. A lifelong athlete and former professional tennis player, she brings the same competitive drive to building brands that change lives.
